Door sensor not working

Door sensor not working
Hey guys has anyone had any experience replacing the door sensor.Mine seems to be bad,called my SA and waiting to hear back from him.Anyone what I can except to pay and or is it covered by warranty.

Talked with my SA at WI simonson,he said it should be covered by my warranty.I'm bringing her in tomorrow.I was referring to the little "window"(sensor) on the drivers side door handle.It has to be this cause I have the "wrong" tint on my back window,which blocks the"radio" signal,so the only way my remote(key) works is to be directly in front of my drivers side door.The "metal" key opens my door and my remote key still works in the ignition,so I'm assuming it's not the battery(key).
