anyone replace pcv components on M271 C230K? Any diagrams/repair write-ups?
Have 67K and am almost finished with my 60K maintenance. However, I'd like to include the pcv system at this time. If anyone has any helpful links, write-ups, repair guides, etc. they can provide me it would be greatly appreciated.

It's on the repair disc and there is a breakdown down on epc but I don't know how to copy the image for reference. There is one rubber hose going from the throttle body to the front of the block where the head and block come together. From what I can tell the valve looks to be housed in a part of the block in a mount. Then it looks like a second hose goes down into the lower engine case. The upper hose is the one that everyone is having trouble with cracking. This results in rough idle and engine codes for miss fire etc.. It runs around $12.00 at the dealer. To get to the valve and the lower hose it looks like the intake manifold might have to come off. I'm still looking at replacing this because of wht happened to my upper hose.

thank you. do you have a repair disc? if so, you can take screen shots of it (press ctl and print screen) then paste it to the paint program (ctl and v). if you don't mind doing this it can be emailed to me. or i can just purchase a repair disc.
