Weird smell after rain
In the year that i've owned the car, pretty much every time after it rains, the interior smells funny. It does smell kind of like mold, which leads me to believe that water is getting into the car somewhere. I've noticed that my windshield does not say anything about MB, it just says PPG Solextra. I figured since the other glasses have some MB reference on them that the windshield would too.
Before i bought the car, i carfaxed it and it came out clear. I'm thinking the windshield was replaced and maybe wasn't sealed right, although it looks fine to my eyes. Anyway, has anyone else have this happen? Are there any places prone to leakage or is there anywhere i should check besides the windshield? I did pull up the carpet on the passenger side and it did feel a bit sticky and moist, but i figured that was the glue that held the foam down there. Now i'm thinking i may have been wrong.
