you could easily go to www.autotrader.com and search for the car you want, specs you want, ...etc and you can specify what state to search in.
From my experience the price of the c230 coupe compressor with 6 speed manual is higher that than the blue book value because it is quite rare.

The earlier version of the supercharged four cylinder (M111) with 6 speed will be worth more to an enthusiast (more durable, torquey engine, with a manual transmission) but will be worth less on a dealer's lot since most average buyers don't want a six speed manual, and the person cross-shopping MB with Luxota and Nissfinity will not like the whir of the Kompressor. Fools, but I digress. But you can profit from this if you act like an "average" buyer, and not an enthusiast.

So, if you locate a 6 speed from a dealer, you might have negotiation leverage. Act like you don't want a manual, but you might be able to tolerate it. You might do well on the price. However, if you are buying from an enthusiast place, people with these cars who like to drive know what they have.

We have an 02 C230K with 6 speed. The few times it has been to MBCA events, autocrosses or what-not, someone offers to buy it. When I went to a MB VPC tour in May, the head of the VPC, who was retiring, offered to buy the car. People don't realize (although I did!), that the W203 230K 6 speed coupe is pretty much an out of the box track / autocross car in much the same way as the W201 190e 16 valve was, although the 190s certainly have more of a following, certainly right now.

So, be patient, and you should find one. But there aren't alot of them out there, and most had to be special ordered, as ours was.
