Can someone provide me coaching on how to investigate and fix this problem. The passenger seat on my 02 C320 only moves reward so far (and it is not nealy enough for most passengers) and then stops. Can you share your experience with this and what you did to get it fixed, without visiting the dealer? I am a pretty good DIYer, and I would like to avoid a dealer visit.
