Give them the DTB number, as it is self-explanatory. Understand it is not the brake pads that are warranted (i.e.: replacement simply because of wear) but rather a solution to brake squeal that allows for new pad replacements.

Has anyone had any success with this? I have spoken with three dealers. One didn't know a thing about it, the second one said that they can only put paste/replace the brakes if the brakes are under 1 year/12,000 miles old, a third dealer is going to look into it and get back to me tomorrow.
