Parking brake isn't functioning

I for the first time tried out my parking brake on a slight incline and sure enough I started to roll a bit. Is this something covered under the warranty or what? Should I just take it to the local Benz dealer and see what they say?

maybee you just tapped it a little bit

atlest put some effort on stepping it. parking brakes are not hydraulic its connected by wire so they are not as strong as your regular foot brakes but they do help. try to step it a little bit harder next time if they dont realy work then take a trip to your stealership. i think its covered by warranty

Thanks for the reply, I will try to step a little harder, but I usually make sure it's down good that I know of. We'll see.
