Question Trying to Adjust Low Beam Height

I finally put in a pair of depo lights with a 8000k HID kit and the beams are pointed to low. Before I go and try to level them I was wondering, when turning the knob on the housing (there are 2 knobs one on top and one on the lower portion of the housing) which one is for the low beam height and do you turn that knob to the right to heigher the beam or to the left? I just want to make sure before i try something and break the projector. And I tried searching the forum but none of the threads said which way to turn the knob.

The lower one is for the height, the upper one is for left and right.

At nighttime, park at a flat surface ~10-20 feet from a wall and adjust. Thats how I did mine.
