Offset needed on 19" AMG CL wheel? HELP!

Offset needed on 19" AMG CL wheel? HELP!
Hi everyone, I am soon going to upgrade to 19" Amg CL style 1 wheels.

The set I am looking at is 8,5 all around. I would be running 235/35/19

The set has a 44 mm offset. Do i need spacers to make it fit my 230 K?

Thanks in advance

And do you think my car will look goofy if I dont lower it? Im guessing I should at the same time I do the rims.
