Could someone tell me where to find the Bose Amp and subwoofer in a c320.
Thanks,
Adam
Sorry but don't know location of amp.
I did manage to speak with the head technician in the shop, and he told me to check the amp in the back, to see if everything was plugged in correctly, unplug everything and then plug it back in. I did this, but with no result. (this is why I was asking where its location was)
What could else could be causing the radio to turn on, but none of the speakers are getting any sound out of them. Should I take the radio out, to see if there is a loose connection in the back. What would happen if an fiber optic wire was crimped? I noticed in an installation instructions that it warned against this. Would this give me symptons such as what I'm experiencing?
Any great ideas I could explore.
Thanks,
Adam
Pretend you are sitting in the BACK seat on the passenger side. Look to the right of where you are sitting. There is a little SRS airbag symbol. The Bose AMP is directly below that symbol in that side wall.
It's a little bit of a pain to remove the panels there to get to the amp, but I was able to. You can figure it out.

Ivr tried replacing the fuses for both the Radio (#64 inside the hood by driver side) and Surround Sound (fuse in driver side compartment by door) and still no sound but the radio illuminates.
Am am assuming I need a new amp? Where can I find the Bose amp location on a 2004 c240 wagon??
Many thanks in advance for anyone having insights to share on this.
