Yet another iPod thread
I have been reading several iPod integration threads, but they all appear to be focused on "real" iPods with display screens and hard drives. Since I have a basic iPod Shuffle, should I get a simple AUX cable or the MB iPod integration kit for my 2006 C230 Sport Sedan?

So, is it as simple as opening the side cover in the glove box and plugging in, or do I need to look for and attach that connector down near the door sill?

you'll need to follow the DIY and install the cable

it should not matter what type of ipod u run, or if it is even an ipod. as long as it is an audio player that has an audio plug i assume it works

the AUX will work with any MP3 player but the iPod integration kit will only work with iPods that have the standard dock connector.
