I recently flipped up my wipers, as it was going to snow overnight. This has never been an issue with other cars I have owned but it seems to be one with my 2002 C320 because now the right wiper does not work. When I turn on the wipers, the left wiper moves by itself.
I don't want to even talk to a repair shop until I get feedback from other MB owners. Can this be easily diagnosed? Can it be a simple issue of greasing? If anyone has had experience with diagnosing the issue/ fixing this type of problem, I would appreacite your feedback. Thanks.

Wow, didn't even know that was possible. Always thought both wipers were joined by the same linkage to the motor. I'd guess the linkage arm has snapped. See the dealer.
No dealer required... phew!
. With daylight, I just went out and turned on the system to see it work. The problem stood out like a sore thumb. One of the nuts holding the arm in place was spinning but the arm wasn't. So, I just popped the hood for easy access and tightened it with a pair of pliers... good as new!
