warranty question

Hello everyone, I took over my car few months ago and noticing that there are some noises coming from the front wheels. When I requested a copy of the service record from the dealer which it was serviced under warranty it states them looking at or servicing the suspension. Now my question is could I take it back to them now at 75k miles and would they take a look at it for free or is that a policy set by each individual dealer?

How much is a few month ago? If it was under warranty at that time, meaning 1 year CPO included in case you bought it that way, you may have options. Normally any work performed outside of that carries a warranty. HTH

OK, its a MY01. That could mean your warranty expired sometime in 06 based on latest possible purchase in 02. That warranty covered 50k miles. Your @ 75k miles and its 12-07 now. What do you want?

If you feel like giving the dealer a good laugh, take it back to them.

they will not cover the problem at 75K.
