When the coupe is on a slight incline, it jerks with a loud thud out of reverse.

Is this normal? I recall on an ancient sl I had, this jerk/thud/clunk sound was the sign of an aging transmission.

I want to clear up any warranty issues on this early 04 before warranty is up in Feb (tho I have extended warranty, not too sure I want to push it)

Thanks. Anyone have a failing coupe auto transmission? What were the signs? (I'm only at 25k miles btw)
