Good audio shop in Orange County, CA
Hello all!
Now that I've got my tint straightened out, I'm wondering who you have do your audio work in Orange County. There must be someone out there who specializes in the quirks of the Mercedes. The places I've taken the car to either don't want to work on it at all, or don't know what the &^## they're doing.

got an audio hookup at Caraudiocraftsmen in west covina though, but they are one of the best ones that do custom work audio/video on benzes. their number is 626 964 9404 and ask for Eric Valenzuela. Tell him Mike Sy referred you from La Fortuna...he'll hook u up.

If you're concerned with quality over quantity, and don't mind spending an extra few bills, try Reus Systems. They aim for an even response across the sound spectrum, so you won't get your dual 12" subs, but clean, modest bass instead. Here's the info off their business card I got at the LA Auto Show last year.

Try the Circuit City store in either Irvine or Fashion Island. Both location do lots and lots of Mercedes. I know. I work there. Like any large company some locations have better techs than others. I can only speak for the above locations. The replaced my stock radio with my new Audio 10 and installed an XM system at the same time.
In Irvine ask for Rudy
In Fashion Island ask for Jason
In either case tell them Dan from Circuit City sent you. You won't be disappointed.

hummm.. just tried Circuit City at Irvine today for subwoofer installation. They looked at my car, told me $65 for installation and wires. Later they called me saying they couldn't get into the Mercedes wires easily so they need extra work and would be $60 extra. I told them to stop the process and refund my money. Are you sure they know ANYTHING about Mercedes or they just trying to rob me because I am a MB owner at young age? I will never go to Circuit City again for any audio installation.

The True OG Modded out W203
I got my "mini system" done at Circuit City w/NO problems a few months ago. They charged me like 50 bux for install I believe. They installed 2 subs, 1 capacitor and and an amp w/wiring. It was worth it. No I just need to redo it though. Nevertheless you can trust them to do it and that extra charge is BS.
