Belt replacement

Does anyone have a technical manual/ DIY / or just a plain text description of how to replace the belt on the M271

The top pulley (to the left of the supercharger snout pulley) which i thought was a tensioner seems to be just a fixed pulley ...

Is the tensioner the one below that ? behind the intercooler silencer pipe ? to the right of the water pump pulley ?

Thanks for the help guys (i'm just pre-planning , going to replace my supercharger snout pulley sometime soon and i'm starting to collect the tools/parts/gaskets...etc i need to do it).

Oh are the throttle body and supercharger outlet gaskets re-usable ?

If you're meaning the orange 'hose gasket' around the throttle body, then yes, that part's re-usable, not sure about the supercharger outlet (should've checked while I had all the airbox assembly out, damn!).

Not to go against Jose, but when I did my supercharger porting at approx 96k miles, I found that the old orange gasket had gotten a bit bigger and loose. With all the hot air going through I would just replace it. I think it was about $18.00.

May sound silly, but when I did my belt, I just took a pic with the airbox off and the followed the belt direction when I reinstalled the belt.

Ah, the one I replaced was on a 30Kish mile car, but definitely go for it with our mileage! Is he confused about which one is a tensioner? I thought they had a diagram in the manual or so... not sure though, might as well check later.

I didn't check the manual...

Yeah I was confused on the tensioner since i was just poking around yesterday (didn't pull anything off yet) ... i need to get some antisieze grease for the pulley and the plugs before i do anyhting ...

...

I'm pretty sure the tensioner is behind the intercooler/resonated pipe that goes across the front of the engine...

so this means to do this i have to pull the ram air pipe, the intercooler/resonated pipe, the idler pulley, and the supercharger outlet 'box' ...

then i can get the pulley tool on the pulley and pull it ...

looks like i'm gonna attempt this next thursday... as it'll probably take a few hours to do all that 'gently' ...

my car only has 15k miles on it . i don't drive much
