Help!

Help!
2001 C320 4dr
Yesterday, i believe my starter went out on me. I tried turning the key but all i heard was a click. All the lights were fine and AC etc worked. Today i decided to crank it up again, but nothing worked. The keyless entry doesn't unlock the doors but red light on the key is flashing so i know its not the unit. The horn, lights, & anything electrical won't work. The key won't turn when i insert the key in the ignition either. PLEASE HELP! i want to say it started with the starter then snowballed into the alternator and battery? Any suggestions or opinions are appreciated before i call up a tow truck and have them tow it to MERCEDES =(

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like the infamous seat module short for C320. Unplug both seat modules under the front seats and charge the battery and see if everything is OK. If it is, just replace the seat modules but you'll have to expermiment to see which it is or just replace both.
