it comes with a caps lock toggle key

lol all kidding aside, i think that if you're getting new wheels in a month anyways...you should save your money and not powdercoat them.

what wheels are you getting?

I would stay away from powder coating the whole factory wheel. The process of powder coating actually weakens the wheel structurally. A friend of mine powder coated his 03 c230 sport wheel, a color called ultra chrome (closest to factory silver), and a half year later drove over a large pot hole, and the wheel SHATTERED!! That wheel was broken in more places than I care to count. That must have been scary and luckily did not create an accident. I also inquired to 5 different powder coating company's around AZ and 3 of them warned me against the way the wheels get brittle after the proses. My guess is it would be ok to powder coat a forged, or a multi piece wheel disassembled. Or just get them painted for safety. Besides, a painted wheel can look much better than a powder coated wheel with the finish/texture and you have an unlimited choice of colors, the downside, is it wont last as long as the powder coat.

Just leave them alone and keep saving for the new rims or other mods.

It would be really a waste. Just wait so you can use the money to powder coat your new rims if needed.

paint'em, don't powdercoat'em if you don't have forged wheels. powdercoating due to extreme baking heat it does affect the metal structure.

I have a powder coat line. The high temperature required to cure the epoxy in the powder can damage any pressure vessel. You can never powder coat Scuba tanks, propane tanks, welding gas tanks, or automobile wheels.

If you want black wheels, just don't wash them for a couple of days. The brake dust will do the job.

not worth it. in order to make it look good- you will have to take the tires off the wheels, paint, then reinstall. that takes added time, money, and possible risk of damaging the wheel. a good paint job will cost a fair amount. a cheap paint job will just chip off. you are better off leaving them alone and saving your money.

Talking Hubecentric Spacers

I'm being told that I pretty much FORSURE need some spacers to clear my front Brakes and Calipers on the new wheels I ordered today...

19" x 8.5" F 32MM OffSet 2" machined lip
19" x 9.5" R 35MM OffSet 2.5" machined lip

And I have a 2006 C-350SS with a semi-AMG Big Brake Kit I was told??

Do I for sure need these spacers? And only in the front?

Sorry guys but I really need some help and I tried searching the "Spacer" threads...

What will I need? And where's the best place to buy them? Also the size??
5MM vs. 10MM....whats better or worse....I NEED SOME EXPERT ADVICE FROM YOU GUYS

Can a brother get some assistance??

Where do I go? What do I do? What Brand? How many MM? Only Rear? And is this a MUST-HAve??? Ahhhhhhhh I'm loosin it!

Someone help me please

I just want everything to work out well and do it the right way the first time around

All the help would be GREATLY appreciated...thanks guys!

You guys are saving my life and keepin my sanity with every Q answered!
THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!!
