Cabin Filter change out!
Hi,
Does anyone know where I can get a cabin filter? I have tried everything to remove the moldy smell, but I realized that it has to do with the dirty filter. So anyone out there has it changed? Where can I get one?

I dont know if you have the digital climate control or the standard one. The standard climate control does not have the secondary charcoal filter in the cabin - the digital systems do. All c-class have a dust filter for the climate controlin the motor compartment just above the battery. It takes less than a minute to replace and the part costs about $15. I think you can get this changed at each B service, but I have changed mine at about 15K miles because of that moldy smell (have replaced it twice so far). After changing the dust filter, the smell usually goes away. To change the charcoal filter is a little more expensive.
