There were over 75 MBs. Lots of nice cars. I just came back from it. Benzsport Autofest was a lot of fun. I won for the W203 class. When pics are up I will link people.

If you guys want to meet up in the valley, lets go to starbucks at Reseda and Devonshire. I go there almost once a week. I met Vy Vy there before. Its a cool place to grab some coffee and chat. If anyone is interested post up. I usually go every wednesday after 9pm and hang out till 11-12am. Just look for my car.

There is a gas station, I think Mobil, the coffee bean and boba place on the other side, starbucks on the other corner, and thats about it. There used to be a Vons next to starbucks but its empty now.

The parking lot parallel to the starbucks one, on reseda blvd, has a car wash at the corner, a bank of america, a chinese resaurant, a sushi place, a goodwill store, among others.

I cant do it on the weekend because i am not in the valley on the weekends, maybe thurs night?

Thursday sounds good... Assuming Keyes European fixes my car by then. Yeah... the Starbucks is in the center next to a Jamba Juice, Honeywell restaurant, and Bodies in Motion.

Because my car is a piece of crap. To this date, it has had approximately $27,000 in warranty repairs and has visited the dealer 18 times. Last year, my rear windshield had to be replaced. And recently, I heard this squeaking noise while I would drive. I generally don't have passengers in the rear seat so I couldn't really pinpoint what it was. At any rate, I found that the rear windshield was loose and would need to be reinstalled. I dropped it off Wednesday morning and received a phone call at 4:30PM stating it would be ready. I got to the dealership at 5PM and when my car was pulled up, I took a look at the invoice and saw that the repair wasn't done. I pushed up on the rear glass to check if it was still loose. It WAS! So they told me to take the loaner home over the weekend. At any rate, I just called and they are still unsure of the status of my car since my service advisor is out sick. At any rate, I'm just waiting for my lease to be over so I can get the hell out of this car and into something else.

Then thursday night is cool by me,if all u guys are free,the location and day seem set,thursday night in northridge at starbucks at the corner of reseda and devonshire,lets just set up the right time for everyone 6,7 or 8 pm?

frakinfreak, don't take your car to Keyes. take a little bit of an extra drive and goto Auto Stiegler in Encino, get Rod Soprito as your service advisor, and ask him to have Vahe work on your car. Let him know the Deer family recommended you. We moved from Keyes to Stiegler when Rod and Vahe moved there. You'll be pleased with them.

would this event include the canyon run as well or just meeting in the lot?

I am not really familiar with what a canyon run is, can someone elaborate for me?

I think keyes has good customer service, but i found their actual mechanical work to be unsatisfactory. Maybe i could use your recommendation as well? since my car is having a few minor probs again and i really dont want to go back to keyes, i was acutally considering the dealership in thousand oaks.

yeah, time sounds good.

and i recommend those techs to anybody willing to drive down to Auto Stiegler. it might be extra driving, or somewhat out of the way, but we haven't had any problems with them, and Rod and Vahe are the reasons we went there in the first place. besides, Mr. Stiegler is a rather fun guy to talk to.

Silver Star in Thousand Oaks is where I got my car. It's just too far away for me to deal with. Previously, Keyes did a decent job... Until they switched my service advisor. This guy is a complete idiot!

On the dealerships, I got my first MB at Keyes and was always happy with the quality of service they gave me, but towards the end, it became more difficult to get the complimentary MB C-class loan car and their car wash guys stink (I had to insist they DIDN'T wash my car). When I got my second car, I got it at Silver Star. They really pissed me off the first few times as the car would be returned with more problems than I gave it to them with, but then I changed my service advisor to Chuck, who is good. And, you can chose your MB loaner! I've had several E, ML, and even an SLK.
