29230-1 is the part number you are looking for.
I don't remember the original website but there are a couple other websites selling it.
All you need to do is talk to them and see if anyone can ship it to the US for you.

(to nit pick, that's an apples/oranges argument. different platforms are not
necessariliy good comparisons)
more to the point: what you do need is to have near identical circumference
for front and rear tires. if you can accomplish this (with narrow tolerance of
acceptability) you should be okay. andy has already stated that the critical
specs are within .1% differential between front and rear so that is very okay.
