New mod idea (pic inside)

I have been working on my broken fenders and fabricating a front lip for the past few days and thought about doing some CF wrapping.

What do you guys think? CF wrap the fenders or leave them painted?

Nice car C24owner! I say leave the fenders the way it is, but I really like the front CF lip. Btw, I have the same fenders and front bumper as you. What I did with my fenders instead is paint the area around the vent holes black, just a very thin line. Not sure if you know what I mean. If you do fab your own front lip, do you think you can make one for me as well? I'm very interested.

Thanks man. I could try to make another, but shipping would suck.

Not sure I understand what you mean. This is how I had it before.

I don't mind paying for shipping if you really end up making one, as I live in Vancouver, shipping shouldn't be too bad. If not, I also have a US mail box at the border which will reduce some shipping fee.

Anyways, I don't have any pictures of my car right now, so I just did a quick photoshop with your photo. This is what I did with my fender...

If you could do it like AnTT's photoshop in CF, it would look pretty sick...

I am trying to find a better plastic to use for the lip. Right now its 1/4 Plexiglas with 4 layers of fiberglass. I'll let you know what the final product will be.

I really like that, looks great.

'sounds like a good idea'... isnt that how every bank robery starts off?!!?

I agree. The lip sounds like a good idea though. I just think that the fenders are a bit much.
