Engine Cooling Fan Constantly ON - HELP

Exclamation Engine Cooling Fan Constantly ON - HELP
For the past 3 days when ever I start my car the engine fan turns on.. even when my car is cold. The temp gauge is normal and still remains on and won't shut off.. what's the problem?
