Here comes the snow!!
Well, the first snowstorm of the year is supposed to hit central CT (as well as many other places!) tonight! I'm wondering how the C230 handles in the snow...I'm kind of worried! Any experiences? Suggestions?
Anything would be greatly appreciated!

Etires.com is running a special on their leftover Nokian NRW (all season/snow tire) as they're being discontinued and the new WR is taking its place- supposed to be even better but I honestly don't see how. They don't handle like a true performance tire, but then what all season does- OK maybe the pilot A/S but they won't do snow nearly as well. Well there it is I've said it before and I'm saying it again and I am in no way affilated with Etires or Nokian- just bought a set for my girlfriend's Civic and got about 100 bucks off the set of 4. They're already mounted and ready to rock! Now we can actually go to LP and upstate VT skiing this winter and not have to worry about making it there- or back!

C230/ B. Silver/Leather
vaca22,
I got a set of Dunlap's last year and I like them. While we did not have much snow, I like the way the handled on both wet and dry pavement. Tire Rack has a good site to review the brands of tires that suit your driving conditions.
btw this past summer I came out of Chili's restaurant on the B.Tpk. and found another Silver C230 parked next to mine. Was that yours?

Did I mention that the NRWs have a 50k treadlife warranty and if the performance of a typical H rated all season is sufficient for you, then you could leave them on all year- very nice!
