Dead battery problems??

I have not been driving my car much at all this winter and the past few times it has set un-started for roughly three weeks the battery has been dead.
Is this a common occurrence? I know some cars ecu / factory alarms tend to run batteries down after a long period of time.
I have a lot of after market electrical equipment in my car but nothing that should be on after the ignition is off.

power seat module problem could be the culprit. Quick search will give you tons of info on it.

I do not have a memory power seat so could that be it with just standard seat? I searched but was still unclear.

None of the threads i have read say ONLY memory seat or not. I do not have memory seat so i dont feel this applies to me but i cant find anyone with non memory seat that had issue, if so i must have missed it but i have read for an hour.
