Power seat module removal - '01 C320

Power seat module removal - '01 C320
Can someone provide a procedure for the removal of the power seat module from underneath of the seat?
Is the seat removal required?
Looking at the front face of the module there are only plastic “clips” attaching the module to the sheet metal bracket.
It has to be something else supporting the module.
Please advise. Thank you all.
