My friend's car got vandalized. Someone actually stole the front (lower) bumper grill off of her car.

So now, I'm trying to find a replacement.
What is the part number for that piece?
And am I naming that piece properly?
I've been searching in the classifieds for "grill" but they all list the upper grill where the three pointed star is.

Wire Mesh? Like a chicken fence but smaller holes <- that's the easiest way to explain it, but I think 'wire mesh' will do Anyway, I think someone on this exact site was selling all sorts of wire mesh; covered a variety of models, just search the w203 section for 'wire mesh'.
