Usually at the bottom of the radiator. You don't say what year or engine you have.
Put on ramps. Open the fill cap on the resevior,
Remove the bottom pan, you'll see a plug on the bottom of the rad (Mine is red) Put a pan down there to catch the fluid, open the the plug it will start to flow.
Check the owners manual for correct fill amount,
mix 1/2 distilled water and 1/2 Zerex G5 coolant (only stuff you can use in Mercedes) or the expensive Mercedes stuff, which most people feel is the same as above.
Fill it up, and you're done.
It's a 15-30 minute job, super easy.
A small amount of coolant may remain, but not enough to matter.
My coolant capacity is rated at pretty much what I end up putting back in within a few ounces.
Do this every 50K miles or 2 years which ever comes first.
Drop off coolant at local garage if they'll take it. (Mine did)

02/ C230 Coupe
Drain Plug
That's good info but there is also a drain plug on the engine block. My C230 is an 02 so not sure of new models but the right side on lower back of the block is a nipple that I just attached a hose to to drain out the remainder from the block. There will be a small amount in the heater core and if you insist then just fill the whole engine with distilled water, bring it up to temp and drain it out again so that there is nothing but a small amount of water left, then put in about a 50/50 solution in. I don't think this is neccesary but it is up to you.

Reaching that petcock on the side of the engine, it's not worth the trouble.
As you and I have both pointed out, a few oz's.
Nothing that will in any way cause a problem.
1 other thing though, when refilling, fill, then start the engine and let it run till it gets hot (fan running) with the res. tank lid unscrewed.
At some point the thermostat will open, and
the fluid level will drop, now top it up, tighten the lid,
take a drive, come back wait to cool and top up again.
