Strange Sound
I hear a sound similar to a fan originating from the lighing console next to the rearview mirror. This sound is always there even without the fob in...anybody have a clue?

This was discussed some time ago in another thread. It's a small fan which pulls air in over an upper climate control sensor located in that console. There's another one on the face of the climate control unit itself.
BTW, you can place a very small piece of paper over the little vent and the suction will hold it in place (some of us have experimented in the past :p ). We aren't sure why the fan continues to operate all the time even w/ the ignition off...
