03 C class owners...how many keys came with your car?

03 C class owners...how many keys came with your car?
For those 02 and 03 C clase owners, how many key came with the car when you got it new?
When I got the 01 C320 it came with 2 remote keys plus on backup, manual key making it 3 keys total.
On my 03 C320 I have only 2 of the remote keys, no manual key. Am I missing this third key, or they dont issue out 3rd keys no more on the later models.
btw: on the 03 models the lower arm rest console compartment is smaller and is reduced to less than 1/2 the size compared to the 01 models. on the 03 there is some sort of electrical wiring under there covered by a plastic cover. Anyone know what that is?

My 02 only came with two regular keys, no backup like the 01s.
I believe the thing you are talking about is the fan for the back seat vents. If you adjust the wheel on the vent, you can control the fan. The 01s did not have this, but the 02s did (at least on the C320s).
