Carbon Fiber or Black Birdseye Maple trim pieces
I've been trying to find a place other than performanceproducts that sells carbon fiber kits or black birdseye maple trim kits for 2005-2007 c-classes. I really hate the aluminum trim in my 05 C230 Sedan. I don't want to drop $1,900 for the kit, I would be willing to pay less (900-1200). Not interested in overlays. Just wondering if anyone knows where else I can get these kits. I have a request in with the dealer to price out all pieces of the birdseye maple.
I just saw another post not long ago of someone who got a kit for $1K, man I wish I could have snagged that. It looks so fresh.

What have you done with the wood trim in your C280? Is it in good shape and would you maybe want to swap?
I'd rather get the black birdseye, but for sure will sell it to you after I figure out what I'm going to do with it. What are you willing to pay outright for it?

I haven't done anything to mine and they are in good shape. I was going to swap them with carbon fiber ones but they are too expansive that I'd rather put the money on other mods. 
I can't swap them with you 'cuz I will need to put them back when my lease is over. How much are you willing to let go?

Negotiate with Performanceproducts. Maybe I just had good luck because I went there in person, and maybe because I'm a girl, but they dropped the price on my wood kit for a c coupe by a few hundred bucks. Nice guys.
