Brake pedal
Anyone had experience of pushing the brake pedal real hard? I had to to this and C-230 has amazing stopping capability however would this cause any damage to the car?

If you pushed the pedal real fast, like in a panic, there is a feature called Brake Assist. When you hit the pedal real fast, it goes to full braking until you let up. So if you are not expecting it, it is a lot of braking all at once. This is probably what you experienced. And no, besides wearing the brakes more, don't worry about damage. You're allowed to use them as much as you want. As long as you want to pay to replace them more often.

I used it...and NEEDED it. An SUV coming from the opposite direction took a left turn and cut me off. My car practically stood on it's front bumper, my briefcase plastered itself under the dashboard, and my heart nearly flew out of my chest. I came within inches of nailing the SUV in the rear passenger quarter panel (it probably would have spun out and rolled if I didn't stop in time).
