Not VIN specific, this will fit any W203 C-Class AFAIK. Just snaps onto the door frame around the window.
No idea, check the underside of the car photos to determine if the piping will fit. And I never bought a CF lip, wanted to though!

Yes, I do that all the time. It looks cool as hell from the outside, cause no one can see in even with windows down! The shades don't touch or effect the window itself. See my sig? The back window is all the way down.
