I have the Renntech OD crank pulley, good for ~20hp at low rpms, yet you'll need the ECU tune and more to get 15 hp at high rpms. $700 obo

Powerchip may give you 15 hp, yet it won't be at high rpms, it'll be in the middle of the powerband, which is exactly where you want it.

If you're looking to quote the highest HP number, 192 + 15, then you're better off buying another car. The electronic nannies haven't been cracked by the tuners (even Power chip, they just remap the fuel a bit), thus why Kleemann sells the K-Box to bypass the ECU. The Kleemann K-box and pulley set is $2K, and that will get you 192 + 15hp.

The best mods for this engine increase power in the middle of the powerband, before the electronic nannies kick in.

Do full cosmetics. It's quick enough for me, but you have to spend too much money on it for minimal gains if that makes sense. If you want performance, I would look into another car or maybe a used c32.
