Finally wanna do some work on my 03' C230 Sport...

hey guys, just wanted to know if you had tips....i have a 2003 C230 K Sport Sedan, i think i know what i want in terms of rims and tires and wanna change the front grille and badge, but not too sure about a chip and an intake/filter...wanna boost up the 190 hp the 1.8 puts out, kinda slow IMO...also, i wanna make the rear exhaust tip look like the 2005 version, do I need to change the bumper, is this possible? tips?

Also, if you do suggest anything, could you let me know what manufacturer and where I can find the stuff....thanks
