7 Pin to 6 Pin adaptor for S Class LED Taillights.....
I just bought S Class style Eagle Eyes LED taillights. They look amazing and really want to tint them and get them on. But when I tried to install them the connectors were wrong.
My car 04" C230 has a 6 Pin femaile connector (01"-04" MODELS) and the ones I bought are for the (05"-07") models which have 7 Pin connector.
Anyways I am most likely switching mine with another member on here because he has a 6 pin pair already tinted. But if he does not prove to me by pictures etc that they work we might not have a deal.
WHAT TO KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND A ADAPTOR TO USE WHERE I CAN HOPEFULLY HOOK THEM UP????????????????
One member messaged me saying do a search and you will find the part number# but I have tried with no luck. I emailed the seller from ebay and he said you can find the adaptor at any automotive retail location and I could not find any. In addition I called messages and they have the plug (plastic piece) and then you have to order each specific wire (inside the plug) and you need the right sizes, thicknesses etc)
Please anybody who knows where I can find an adaptor for my taillights to use my stock 6 pin connector with a 7 pin taillights.
Any info useful.
Thanks alot,
Cheers,

Hey- Give Steve an e-mail and ask him for the part number in case if I cannot find any pre-05 W203s to test my set.(The only one "not-so-close" friend of mine whos got a pre-05 W203 sold his car few months ago.. but im still trying
)
Any Vancouver B.C. members with pre-05 W203s willing to help me out here? All we need to do is just to plug the taillights in and prove the LEDs still work and take a photo.
