How much weight can be removed from W203?

Go over to a Corvette forum and you will see owners of $50,000 plus cars asking this question and being presented with the pre weighed list of parts with corresponding weight reduction. 
The Z06 vette comes with fix a flat for this reason and those cars are not cheap. Plus, C6's get close to the MPG our W203's get when drove correctly. I get 30 mpg in my 400 rwhp Z28 driving down the interstate and no less than 25 around town.
I am a drag racer, so I see your point and am curious what things can be removed to get some weight out of the car. I bet you couldn't remove more than 100 lbs +- before hitting real work for weight reduction and compromises in your experience. These cars don't really have many options when it comes to reducing weight and still keeping the ride quality.
Spare tire and jack is the first place to start and the easiest. After that, good luck and report back.
