Damn, Synergy, those are two hot bubblebacks - that's my favorite Civic.

I started out with an '83 Saab 900S when I graduated college wayyyyyyy back in 1988. Then totalled it in a freak tequila-related accident in the French Quarter in 1993 in grad school - oops! Bought my 1990 CRX Si after graduation in 1994 back in PA, drove it down to New Orleans (worked at Arthur Andersen right before Enron - another oops), have had it ever since. 173k miles; put in zc at about 120k. I'll keep it til either I or it finally kick the bucket. Bought the ccoupe in September 2001 for full msrp (dealers weren't negotiating with the new model) because I couldn't wait til the next spring for the new Mini. I've been sinking money into fixing its problems ever since - currently at 107k.

That's my story, and I'm sticking to it...

i was supposed to. i was building a 12 sec N/A GSR motor but lost interest. I parted all the aftermarket parts out. I still have a stock GSR swap sitting in my garage. For some reason no one wants to buy it. I'm trying to sell it for $2k for everything minus mounts, ecu and header

thanks...yeah they are my favorite civic too. something about it just attracts me to it. maybe it's just how plain and simple it can be and still look good. maybe one day i'll build one on the side again.

Wow you guys had a lot of Civics. All my cars were in good to excellent shape. I bought junkers on four occassions and fixed them up. Having three uncles that run a body shop, machine shop, and top notch garage helped. I am only 27. My first car I bought at 17. So here is my ten years list.....

I had spend about $2000 in mods (including Labor cost), it may not sound like a lot but it was a lot for me while I was in school.

Here are the following mods that I had in the car:

-Stillen body kit
-Stillen Rear Sway Bar
-OTTO Front strut tower brace
-Greddy EVOII full exhuast
-Injen Cold Air intake

I still miss this car everyday, mostly the speed. This car would smoke my current C230K in straight line acceleration. Back in 2002 this was one of the fastest FWD sedans when Nissan first introduced the VQ35DE engines.

It eventually got flooded one day in 2004.
