02 C320 A/C Not COLD

Ok well summer is here now and my A/C won't blow any cold air. After reading through the forums and talking to a few people, I bought a can of R134a that had a gauge and followed the directions. When I first put it on it was in the green and about after a few seconds it went into the filled section on the gauge. With my luck the a/c was still not cold. I ran the diagnostic thing and got these readings.

01-91
02-80
03-87
04-87
05-87
06-160
07-6
08-78

I'm not sure if 6 is the right pressure reading and if it isn't why its saying it is full.

At this point I've gotten pretty frustrated and I'm not sure what to do next. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

did you set the temperature at 60 or 72?
Try to set it at 70 see if it works.
