Have an '06 c230 with the 6cyl. What is the designation for this engine....

Reading about cam sensor oil leaks has made me nervous.

The M271 engine is a 1.8 liter inline four cylinder with supercharger. It is the topic of most of the discussions on cam sensor oil leaks. The M111 is a 2.3 liter inline four cylinder with supercharger (earlier models).

You do not have these engines. You have the 2.5 liter V6, which is totally different. I will look up the designation for your engine on my Star Service DVD.
