Got my VIN, online manual????
i finally got my VIN from my salesman. my car is waiting at the port. anyways, i registered with owners online at the MBUSA.com website. i cant seem to find the owners manual online there that everyone has been mentioning. can someone help me out? thanks!!!

It is in Owners Online. The manual shows up under "Vehicle Info", then "Manual". They warn you that it's a 27 meg PDF. Maybe they have to internally verify that you purchased this VIN before they allow you access to this download?

yeah i clicked vehicle info then scrolled down to manual. when the next window opens it says if i lost or would like a duplicate manual to contact mbusa by phone, email or snail mail. thats it! maybe they do wanna verify my info first. ill give it some more time! thanks!

They're also available online at the MB International or Germany site (I forget which), in English. In fact they have them for every model...
Do a search here on the topic of online manual and you'll find the link. No "enter your VIN here" nonsense either, it's all discreet.

Sorry, I think I'm wrong. This online interactive owner's manual feature on the German website (Betriebsanleitung Interaktiv) only seems to be there for some of the more expensive models like the CLK and E.
You can see the one for the CLK if you go to Mercedes-Benz.de and click on Pkw, CLK, Coupé and then the phrase in brackets above. It's available in English too and is a cool function, just not there for the C Sportcoupé...

yeah i went to the site and couldnt get it for the C-Klasse. no big deal, ill just drop by my dealer and ask my salesman if i can borrow one until my car arrives. thanks!
