E55 AMG Black on Carlsson 1/6 EVO
The bolts I received with my new wheels were too long in the back so I had them filed down. So if you hear clicking you need shorter bolts. Just a FYI...

The website costs are per bolt so you will need 10 50MM and 10 33MM.

Best looking 18" wheels for a C230wz?????
I have always been in love with the BBS LM & Fikse FM10 wheels and I think they look awsome on the W203's that I've seen here, but I'm looking for options. What about a gunmetal finish AMG, or ????? Help me pick some rims for the new ride that I'm geting. The car will be silver with 35% tint all around and hopefully riding on Eibach springs. Not too low, and 19"s just don't go with the roads around here! Pics would be a big help. I've search through the pic thread here and the C32/C55 thread but need more input. Thanks!
Now that I think about it, I've not seen any pics of Fikse's on an MB......how come???? They are popular with the Porsche & BMW crowds. Something like this might look good.......

I was on the verge of picking up a set of Fikses but thinking it's just a bit
of a reach for me to spend that kind of cash. I was looking for their mirror
finish which would been a good balance (I thought) between paint silver of
the AMGs vs chrome (too much bling).
About a $1000 less are CCW so I'm thinking that might be where I'm heading
.....this week. (Next week, I'll wishy wash my way to another). Just can't
seem to make up my mind.
Not an HRE or IForge kinda person/car - too many visible fasteners. So I'm
trying the cleaner look.
I was at the Fikse shop last month and it sure is nice to heft those rims around
with just fingers. They are LIGHT.

Yeah, Finally purchased my bolts from that site the other day and hopefully we won't have any problems with the length. Let's see who will be the first to post their wheels on this site.
Does anyone who bought these wheels have coilovers? I think its going to look really good lowered a little bit. Now I was thinking about Tein Basic setup down the road.

I am ordering the bolts today. I want to get locks for these wheels. Is it the same type of leangth and everything. I think I am just going to call and talk with someone there and let them tell me. I am ordering the bolts today and my tires tomorrow. Should have everything on in about two weeks.

Sorry for the rainy night shots, but I figured I'd get these online. I'll post more when I can get daylight AND sunshine.
Ride is good, but a bit heavier for sure. Tires are brand new so they were a bit greasy in the rain. Had tints done today, too.![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)

wow, looks great, considering the time/weather
AHHHHHHHH why did it have to rain at your place
saw you also have light interior. how much % tint you have? could you also make a couple of shots showing how much the tint darkens your car in the inside? curious, since i also have light interior

white and whiter
those pictures make the car looks high because of the flash. It looks like it has a 2-2.5 finger fender gap which is not too bad. On the RENNtech springs you get 1-1.5 finger gap.

Yeah I think the tire gap wouldn't be bad if the pictures where during the day and put some Tire Dressing on it to match the wheels.
Other than that, it looks good. So that's our official first to post pics of the wheels on their car.
I'm still waiting for my bolts and deciding on tires. I'll probably be the last to have them on since I'm too patient.

Thanks for the
words guys.
kickR: The tint is 20% sides and back. A photo wouldn't give you a real indication of darkness inside the car, but I can tell you that after having black interior in the M3 with tint, the ash in my C55 is much lighter and fresher to me with tint. YMMV.
As for bolts, what I had to do is find a wheel shop with a wall of lug bolts. My local NTB wouldn't even attempt the 30s on 19" rims.
FWIW, the lug is 12x1.5 and is conical, not ball seat. They also said that the sime size bolt was used all the way around and gave 6 full turns on all 4 corners. Finally, I highly recommend an allen lug with key to keep from having to fit an outside socket. I requested these specifically to prevent scratches in the wells.
Good luck, guys.
