I want the OLD THREAD BACK!
Teo....You there man? I think my piece was supposed to ship yesterday or today and just wanted to get some tracking info and whatnot. This will help me to schedule my appointment with my exhaust guys to run the *new* Dual-Exhaust on my car hopefully the SAME day I get the Diffuser - so I can throw some extra support screws in and get in put on nice/secure while it's up on the lift and I have the extra help
Please let me know asap and thanks again! I AM getting the Dual right? Haha just wanted to make a last minute confirmation
CAN NOT WAIT!
and seriously....give us the original thread back :-x

Sorry, away on business at the moment not back home till late Friday night. Not sure of the brand name but its the same black sealant used to fix panels on fibreglass cars. You will need sealant gun/plunger and preferably 2 people to hang the diffuser once you have put the sealant round the outside edges (don't forget to remove double -sided tape) and the centre. Start from the centre and push and squeeze the diffuser against the bumper all the way round until it is in final position. You will also need lots of old rags or kitchen roll and turps or white spirit to go round the outside of the diffuser and remove all the excess sealant that has been squeezed out (especially any on the bodywork) - keep pushing the diffuser against the bumper (which is why you really need 2 people) until you are happy that the diffuser is flat against the bumper and follows the curved lines of the bumper then using handle of a small screwdriver soak it in turps and gently run it along the sealant edge of the diffuser which will give you a nice finish, leave to set then (left mine overnight) then step back and admire your handywork. Will take some pics as soon as i get back home. Hope that helps.

Got my C55 diffuser it fitted nicely under the bumper. I need to lower the exhaust pipes just a bit. This thing will be painted in silver.
One thing I need to do is to make sure that it sticks well along the lines, I will use silicone. Though the lines are not perfect but good enough. For this price, it could not be just a bolt on, hassle free part.

This thread and the previous one that was deleted, couldn't have been a more perfect example of how great all of us members are, the awesome camaraderie we have amongst each other, and the bond we share because of our similar interests and love for our cars.
It all started with Teo asking if anyone made a rear diffuser for the W203 AMG sport bumper. When he found out no one did, he set out to make one thru his own efforts and those of his friends who helped him out. Once completed, he posted pics to showcase his efforts, and with that, he started a trend with other members who also wanted the same thing. So, with an eye towards a good business, he set out to make rear diffusers for anyone else who wanted one. And he wasn't set with just one style. He was willing to accomodate people like me, who wanted only a single side exhaust versus his original quad exhaust opening.
He came up with a reasonable price, and set up a payment method for us. He also continuously updated us with the status, showing pics of the diffuser on his car from different angles, as well as newly completed ones ready to be shipped out. He provided us with tracking numbers, and his shipping was super-quick. And to date, from what I can tell, everyone who's received theirs have been very happy with the product.
Way to go Teo !!! Although I have yet to receive mine (it's coming soon !!!), I'm sure I'll be 100% happy with it. If only other businesses and companies could cater to a customer as well as you did for us. I wish I could still see the original thread, because all of this happened in just a few short months. I'm sure all of us can agree with me when I say that I applaud all your efforts, your professionalism, and your time and effort to make this diffuser for all of us. It's people like you that make this forum so great.
Way to go !!!!

LOVE IT!!!
I think he's just been really busy as you can imagine in dealing with all aspects of answering emails and staying on top of painting/production of the diffuser and whatnot. TRUST ME....I e-mailed him like 10 times (sorry Teo!!) about getting tracking because the last time we spoke had been Monday. I was beggining to get worried but last night he e-mailed me tracking from DHL, saw that it left from Malaysia on the 30th, and BAMMMM it's now at my office in Aliso Viejo!!! What a speeeeedy delivery!
I just opened the package....ran out to my car and had my boss help me hold it up to the rear bumper to look at it...and it's amazing!!!
GREAT SERVICE - GREAT PRODUCT - INSANE TURN TIME - FROM ALL OF US I THINK - THANKKK YOU TEOOOOO!!!
Also, just called my Exhaust guys (I didn't think I'd be seeing this piece untill late next week or even the following week so was waiting to order the extra tips) and he had already ordered me one and it's there!!!
Going down there on my lunch break to most likely install the Dual-Exhaust anddddddd C63 Diffuser! TODAY IS A GOOOOOD DAY
I'll have pics up right away...thanks again Teo

Just want to second all that Clint and Chad have already said. Brilliant product, speedy service and much better customer service than some major retailers. Way to go Teo would defo buy further products from you if needed. Well done and many thanks from UK, as you have gone international with this one product.

I just did it! Came back to my office with Dual (Quad-Tips) exhaust and absolutely LOVE IT!
It fits 100% perfect and it also motivated me to even take that step and get the Dual-Look set-up...I dont know how or why Mercedes has my spare tire set-up and so low and it's makes it SO impossible to split the exhaust and run a full Dual system so I kinda have a dummy set-up right now :-x Haha...for the dual cut-outs though it is 100% necessary and we're gonna figure out how to run a proper dual set-up...BUT IM OBSESSED!!!
Pics:
What do you think? I went to take a buncha phontos with my normal camera but it was dead so i busted out the iphone and snapped a few...I'll get the new ones up tonight with some different angels
Cheers and have a good weekend! Thanks a million times Teo!!!

Oh and by the way....I'm covering the extra white that stands out on the inside of the cut-outs with a CF or flat black vinyl...OR
Any suggestions on how to fill those white blank spots? I'd really appreciate any help...I'm kinda lost on that one
CHEEEERRSSS! And hope everyone has a good weekend,
