What tool to adjust rear toe?

What tool to adjust rear toe?
Does anyone know what crazy spline drive tool is required to set the rear toe on a 02 c240? I noticed the toe ecentric lock nut is a 18mm but to turn the adjustment it looks like you need a tool I havn't seen before. MB special tool?
