CPS location on C320 2001?

CPS location on C320 2001?
I did some searches on this but couldnt find where it was located for my model its a 2001 C320 Im having the exact same problems folks have reported on this issue, I am positve I can do it myself but not sure where it is............thanks.

It's on top of the flywheel flange behind the left-side (from inside car) cylinder head. Pretty much centered within the width of the head.

OK changed it out today, what a nightmare of a job, and believe me Ive done alot of jobs of different degrees including pulling motors and this was one of the TOP worse jobs ive done. Stupid configuration.

Congratulations.
Yup. I did it just 3 weeks ago. It took all kinds of extensions and swivels to get in there. And you can't get your hand and the tool in there at the same time. Took me an hour just to swap that stupid little part.
