Is there a "Norway" setting to adjust Lane Change Signal Frequency?

I really like the lane change feature... Move the turn indicator to the first detent and release, and it blinks three times, without you holding the lever. (I don't know if this is a C-Class feature, or with all MBs, so I'll post here and on the tech forum.)
Except, I would prefer it blink 4-5 times, as I like to give more notice at freeway speeds. Is it possible to program at the dealer, like the "Norway" settings for alarm chirping?
I'm not the first to ask this question... someone on the MBNZ.org has already posed the idea, but hasn't gotten an answer.

I've concluded that the 3-blink feature is an extension of the alarm arming sequence which is provided for driver convenience. I don't think it's a coincidence that when you lock the car, it blinks 3 times.
Actually, for me, 3 blinks to change lanes is just about right, although I usually hold the lever at the detent position myself.

Apparently in the summer of the year when the Sun never sets in Norway, the folks there want audible confirmation that their doors are locked!?!? (Just making that up... I have no idea why MB calls it a "Norway" setting.)

Out Of Control!!
Thanks Bob. I think I'll look into getting this set. My old Wrangler used to "Chirp" when the alarm was set, and the Grand Cherokee's horn would blow once really quick. At times, it was annoying (at least the horn), but now I find myself having to look at the lights when I press the button to make sure it's set.
I would have believed it!
