Unhappy One More HID Light Problem

Hi all, Just went to dealer and change the DAS setting to xenon. My next problem is it will not stay on all the time. It seems to have mind of it's own. The xenon has some sort of cycle that stays on for 20 to 25 seconds and shuts off for 5 seconds.
Do I need to go back to dealer for reprogram or is there any other way to fix the problem.(It still shows L & R lamp indicators as fault) THANKS IN ADVANCE !:p

This is the exact thing my car did. I had to hardwire it to the switch. Im working on a new method to get rid of everything. Give me a couple of days. If not then you need to hard wire it to the switch like me.

Hardwire Issue?

So if I hardwire to the switch, will this eliminate the L & R faulty bulb light and make the light stayed on? The dealer can't do anything huh? can they reprogram again? Thank you for your reply

Yes go back to the dealer - they didn't do the xenon programming correctly. If you want to bypass xenon programming altogether, you need to wire your xenon balasts directly to the battery (fused of course) and use a relay to turn them on. This is how it came in my kit, but I opted for proper programming.
