2001 C320 front windows not working

I'm guessing since both front windows won't work right now it's not the motors? is there another fuse box? also the cigarette lighter won't work for plugging stuff in. any ideas?

When you say not working, are they not moving at all, or or they not fully closing/opening using the second switch position?

If they're not moving at all, could be fuse, check the fuse map located in the interior fuse box. If they work but the auto up/down is not working, you just need to re-synch them.

Not working from both door switches or just the driver's side door switch?

Does not work from either door switch. Funny thing is the interior lights dim as you hit the switch.

Doesn't sound to me like a fuse. If a fuse was blown, other instruments wouldn't be drawing power since the fuse would had cut the circuit enabeling power to continue. It sounds to me like a shorted window motor or if the switches are inline with each other and on the same circuit could be an option too.
