rear brake questions - '03, '04.5, '05+ C230K SS

rear brake questions - '03, '04.5, '05+ C230K SS
I read thru the brake threads in the mod's sticky and didn't see anything regarding to the stock rear brakes on the c230k sedans other than they are supposed to be unchanged across all years. I've looked at a few other c230k's here in town ('05's I believe) and the rear brakes look different than on my '03. Sooo, questions to the experts:
- did the rear brakes get upgraded on the '04.5 and '05+ c230k's along with the front brake upgrade?
- are the rear brakes on my '03 single piston (one side floating), or dual piston?

C'mon guys - someone has got to know. At the very least, someone could make the usual 'STFF' comment and post a link saying how easy it was to find (for them) ...
