Thats nice I'm running JLw1s 2 10" and the place I had it done didnt do a nice box like yours. Just a standard grey carpt rectangle that takes up a ****e ton of room. Have been thinking about actually moveing to a really powerful 8" that I could mount on either side of the trunk where those cutouts are for the MED kit/oem jack. Where did they put your amp?

that guys isn't actually doing the all the interior pieces, he's just doing the Din piece for the radio, should be done soon...

I might have him do a cf hood vent for me, im giving him a regular one tomorrow and he will let me know...

The box that i have is really just a regular box with what they call a beauty plate. its front face plate that makes it look like its oem. its really just a thin piece of wood, carpeted, vinyled and cut out to fit perfect, and its screwed to the box.

Its something simple and small, i wanted to do 2 12w6's but then the box specs would have to be bigger and i need the trunk space. So the 10w3's were perfect.

I was actually going to do a box, that showed the amps, through fiberglass with lighting and all that, but that shizz is expensive, might do it later.

Do you think 1 strong 8 will sound better than 2 10's? A nice stealth box for that space you said would look good though..

Haha of course thats a GOOD wow.
I was just wondering what suspension you would recommend since the first main thing I wanna do to improve the look of my car is new wheels and get rid of the nasty 03' wheel gap haha. I'm not looking for very sport but still stiffer suspension, so something in between

Oh I know a good powered 8" can sound just as loud if not better. THe only differnece in the size is the low notes. And their are 8s out there that hit pretty low. Plus I'm not looking to rattle off the world just depth in my music past what my components can give. So ya I'd love to sell my 10s plus box and get an 8"

i recommend coilovers. they will get rid of the gap and even tuck wheel if you want but id say come up with your budget first and go from there.

Unfortunately I dont think there are coilovers for the 4Matic..
I heard there are H&R lowering springs for the 4Matic, but I heard that puts a lot more stress on the struts, I think I need new struts anyways though...

i'm waiting to get my tein basics back from getting them overhauled at the tein shop. I'm back on my OEM sport springs, feels weird driving my car without it being lowered.

oh sorry didnt notice you had a 4matic. Yeah if they make H&R springs that should be good, definitely get new struts, forgot which ones, but there is a certain combination that a lot of people use when doing H&R Springs. I hear its the perfect combination...
